The Dancing Fool

Movement and Dance using Laban’s principles and vocabulary of movement.
This is a workshop for players who are working with the fools’ process, and who would like to dance together regularly using a common vocabulary with a view to a Fools/Laban Dance Troupe
In this workshop I will be teaching the basic vocabulary of expressive movement, from which I developed my way of working. This is a simple but profound study of body, effort, shape and space.
In exploring effort or movement dynamics—the most important category—the basic factors of space weight time and flow.
